I love New York ! Yes I do, I was so excited when I arrived three days ago, staying in a hotel next to Central Park West this time instead of Brooklyn which means I can walk to Lincoln centre, wohoo (well let’s not mention the pigeon nest and comfort of this budget place, all great …). Strangely everyone was super nice on day one, the guy in the subway, at the phone shop, the hotel where the front desk ladies upgraded my room without windows for a room on floor 12 with great views –  or was it me just being so happy about arriving and being right next to the park (haven’t even stepped inside that park yet) ? I had some fun days going around shooting street styles, eating some great Vegetarian food at Whole Foods and Spice ( I love New York for the Vegi options) and the best sweets I have ever tasted, I am still dreaming about the ‘Cannelé’ at Dominique Ansel in Soho (looks like nothing special, absolutely unforgettable, Caramel outside, Vanilla inside, so good !). And of course not to forget, I managed to do some good amount of shopping, my mission being mainly to find the perfect jeans, a never ending story and worth and entirely new post, i found two good pairs … If you envy me at this point let me just tell you the truth, day three, saturday evening and I’m exhausted, in my hotel room, trying to work on pics and unable to move. The weather has been killing me, boring subject I know but it went from a nice sunny dry day to freezing and stormy with snow and water puddles everywhere. So there you go, can’t do it all …
